Howdy from Texas, and thanks for visiting. We hope you’ll enjoy our fine handmade music and share it with your friends.
The Gentlemen of Homespun Remedies
“Thinkin’ ‘Bout You” is a Wade tune as-yet-unreleased (although you’ve no doubt heard us play it if you’ve been to a show since the release of Great Depression). You’ll likely hear it again at Go West Fest (and please be advised you can save $5 if you buy your tickets online in advance). Meanwhile, here’s a solo acoustic version to whet your appetite.
Wade Cofer of Homespun Remedies for Go West Fest
First of all, thanks to The Old Monk for including us again in their annual St. Patrick’s Day festivities — and thanks especially to friends and fans old and new (especially those who brought new friends).
For those who missed out, we hope you will join us at Lee Harvey’s on Friday, April 27 at 9 p.m. for our triumphant return to south Dallas’ finest patio. The beer’s cold, the food’s delicious, and there’s never a cover.
“… the Remedies might not chase away the contemporary blues in the air but they let you know there’s someone out there in the same boat that understands. Perhaps a modern version of protest music, tailored for the times, the Remedies are a great left of center organic crew that gets it.”

This will be a great night! We’ll also have our new CD and other merchandise for everyone on your holiday gift list.
It’s perfect patio weather in our hometown of Dallas, where low evening temperatures are finally in the 60s. Please join us Saturday, October 8 at our favorite neighborhood dive, Lee Harvey’s, for a free show al fresco. We’ll play from 9 p.m. ’til late. The beer’s ice cold and the food is great. Make a night of it!
